There are many ways to get involved with the Center for Latin American Studies. While we always welcome financial support, we also seek to engage alumni and friends through inclusion in our events and career advising.

Giving to CLAS is a powerful statement of your commitment to the rigorous scholarship, lively debate, and public engagement programs that are the hallmark of CLAS. Whether you support the Center by contributing your time and talents, or by making a financial gift, you are helping to advance the Center's mission.

Why give?

A financial gift makes a notable difference with tangible and immediate benefits to our programs. Gifts support public engagement programs, student fellowships and professionalization, and innovative research; your support helps us train better scholars and increase public understanding of Latin America.

The gift of your time and expertise supports our efforts to provide regional knowledge and career advising to students in our programs. Alumni and friends can participate in our mentorship program, which promotes career exploration and advancement.

Who benefits?

Students and faculty affiliated with the Center for Latin American Studies are an extraordinary community. We are united in a commitment to improve knowledge and understanding of Latin America on our campus and in our communities—a commitment our alumni carry with them around the world.
